Full refund

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment.

Cancellation

Cancellation before the next renewal stops future renewals.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Processing is not a guarantee of when the bank credits the money.

How to ask

Digital delivery

A future payment would be for access to a web app, not a parcel. The digital delivery page describes that. No delivery date is stated.
